More SDCC Exclusives from Funko

My last meme was such a hit I've decided to make one for every post I do about Funko's San Diego Comic Con exclusives.  I'm gonna be a busy man.

The Big Bang Theory is a show I thoroughly enjoy.  Not only is it hilarious, but they have managed to employ most of the former Roseanne cast.  It would blow my mind if they could get both actresses that played Becky into the same episode.

These super nerds are in the middle of being beamed to some strange planet.  I would love to have one of those machines.  I don't think I would use it for myself though, I probably would just throw people's car keys in it and laugh maniacally.  No one's ever accused me of being responsible with science fition technology.

Don't worry, the ladies are represented too, as Ms. Farrah Fowler will be available in an alternate outfit.

Hey it's the little dude from the Progressive Insurance commercial.  Oh, and they're in Despicable Me 2, which I haven't seen yet cause it's not on Netflix.  But when it is I'll probably watch it cause these guys are funny.  They're all shiny from their metallic paint treatment.  That Evil Minion looks liek he would make a great dental add, maybe he could be tooth decay come to life.

This little dude glows in the dark!  You could buy a ton of them and light a path to the bathroom at night!

Get these and many, many, many more at Funko's booth #5343.

Stinky Ginger "Tide Pool" Edition from Chris Ryniak x Circus Posterus x Tomenosuke

This is how I picture most food looking after it's in my stomach.  Those that know me know that I don't have the greatest digestive system in the world and just looking at certain foods can cause my guts to cramp up in a fit of rebellion.  I believe all food has the temperament of Philadelphia sports fans and if given the chance will stab you in the parking lot of an Eagles game.

The Tide Pool edition of Chris Ryniak's Stinky Ginger will release tomorrow (July 3rd) from Circus Posterus and Tomenosuke.  He looks ready to force you into using the nearest public bathroom you can find.  Only 60 of these were made:  30 for North America through Circus Posterus and 30 for the rest of the world through Tomenosuke.  Each comes signed and numbered on the header card and will sell for $89.

Playge Green Misfortune Cat by Ferg x Squibbles Ink/Rotofugi for SDCC

Is anyone in need of a lung, piece of liver, or a gently used kidney?  All of these San Diego Comic Con reveals are making me think about how to raise some quick cash, and the market for human organs is always strong.  I figure a little write up on Craigslist,  a hopefully quick operation, and I could have enough cash in hand to buy every toy I want.

This kitty is making me seriously consider turning to the black market.  Ferg made up 100 of these 8 inch tall Misfortune Cats and 70 of them will be available at the Squibbles Ink/Rotofugi booth #5248 at Comic Con.  The rest are going to members of the Collect and Display forums.  At $120 he ain't cheap, but he is awesome and worth every penny.

A Plethora of Deadbeets from Toy Art Gallery

These Deadbeet toys are ridiculously popular, much more so than the actual food item they're based on.  I don't think I've ever eaten a beet before.  In fact, being that they aren't made from red meat or artificial flavors, I can pretty much guarantee it.  Here's my philosophy on eating well:  who cares.  All the vitamins in the world won't stop you from getting hit by a bus or getting mauled by a pack of coyotes.  So eat snacks for meals and enjoy yourself.

This guy is pretty cool though.  Nebulon5 painted up 10 of these glow in the dark veggies for Toy Art Gallery and they go on sale tomorrow (July 3rd) for $125 each.

You can also pick up a ton of Deadbeets that were customized by various artists from around the world.  They were featured in a show this past weekend and are now available on the Toy Art Gallery website.

Sugar, Lamb, Go! from Brandi Milne x 3D Retro for SDCC

OH MY GAWD this is precious!  I don't mean that in a sarcastic way either, I mean it in a rip your face off and feed it to a rabid raccoon cause this is so cute you could die sort of way.  I wanna carry this around in my beard with me everywhere I go.  We could listen to death metal together, and watch reenactments of the dark ages on the History Channel, and get into bar fights.

Brandi Milne is the artist behind this amazing creation.  What I like about her is that her painting have so much exaggerated movement in them, like everything in the scene could completely succumb to a strong breeze whipping through the canvas.  I already have her other toy Bunny, Ride, Go!  and this  would be a fine companion piece indeed.  3D Retro is releasing 200 of these at San Diego Comic Con and hopefully only 199 people want one so I can by the leftover peppermint lamb lady.  I will crush someone's skull if they buy the last one.  Unless they were planning to mail it to me, in which case I will smack them on the hiney and yell "good play."

Yuki 7 from Kevin Dart x Gentle Giant for SDCC

And now for something completely different.  This is not what I would expect from Gentle Giant, who are known more for their super realistic versions of film and television characters.  Created by Kevin Dart, this super secret agent is an exclusive to San Diego Comic Con and being that the preorders for non attendees have already sold out, you're gonna need to find a friend to snag you this.

First SDCC Exclusives from Funko

You can expect a bazillion of posts detailing the exclusives that Funko will have for San Diego Comic Con.  They have a list that is insanely long and they are just now starting to reveal some of what they're bringing.  Like these metallic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!  The shiny paint is so much cooler than the regular release, so I imagine these will be really popular.

Or if you prefer your toys fresh from a crime scene rather than a Saturday morning cartoon marathon, then how about some blood spattered Walking Dead figures.

Or if your more into intergalactic gore, they also have the Alien and Predator figures covered in green blood!  This is just the tip of the iceberg and will most likely cause you to go broke by the end of summer trying to track them all down.
