Maxx Edition Spikewad at Kapow! Comic Convention

For all of you folks lucky enough to live in London and even luckier to go to the Kapow! Comic Convention....well....you're lucky.  Mostly because London is a pretty cool place and comic conventions are like nerd Valhalla, but also because of this MAXX Edition Spikewad from Jeffrey Lamm and Unbox Industries.  Painted to look like the trippy cartoon that used to air on MTV (back in the day before all they cared about was teen pregnancy and morons at the beach)  this guy is sure to be limited, so if you're going you better hunt him down ASAP.

Batman Arkham City Series 3 Figures

Arkham City just continues to rake in the money. I got the game and got all the cool download content. Now they have the Harley Quinn expansion that I have to buy. And did I even mention all the other cool stuff, like action figures? This is the third series of toys from the game and now just about every character has been transformed from pixels to plastic.

Of course they have to make another Batman figure, but you can also add The Penguin, Azrael, Ra's Al Ghul, and two different clown henchmen to your ever growing collection. These will be available September 19th, so now you have something to make you happy after the Summer ends. I'm just looking out for ya.

New Release from The Sucklord

So what are you doing this Friday? If you didn't say attending the premiere of The Toy Lords of Chinatown Episode 3 then you're night is gonna suck. I just don't want you to get your hopes up if you're not going, cause your plans are weak.

This Friday from 9-10pm at The Producer's Club in NYC you could be in the company of The Sucklord himself as he unveils his latest cinematic masterpiece. And since he makes toys for a living, do you think he's not gonna have something killer to sell you? Well he does, and it's a special edition Sucktrooper and I want one. Sadly, I can't make it to the event Friday because I am lame, but there will be some on his website Saturday for all of the bums like me. Get yours by going to http://suckadelic.com/.

Cream Filled Foster from Super7

A cookie eating a cookie could be considered a crazy metaphor for life. But since I don't do drugs all I can think of is cannibalism. And if I was a cookie I'd wanna know what all the fuss was about. "Oh, am I as delicious as they say"? If I was a cookie, could I get a cavity from eating my sugary self? The universe is mind blowing.

Foster is getting the answer to the delicious question and might share his weird cookie-cannibal secrets with you if you buy him. He'll be available tomorrow at noon Pacific time from Super7 for $35.

Alice Femme Fatale From Diamond Select Toys

Normally I make it's point to ignore women covered in blood and carrying kitchen knives. If you give them attention you're just reinforcing the behavior and they'll always thinks its ok to act this way. Plus, they'll probably want you to buy them shoes cause that's what all girls with crazy eyes want.

Behold Alice, from American McGee's game of the same name. And you thought Wonderland was a freaky place before! This 9 inch PVC statue will be available this fall from the nice people at Diamond Select Toys. Maybe in time for New York Comic Con? We'll have to wait and see.

Disney Star Wars Weekends Exclusive Vinylmation Figures

Star Wars Weekends are starting in a few days at all the Disney theme parks and you know they would have to have some figures that I can't live without. It is our curse, as toy collectors, to be tormented at every turn by new things that seem unattainable. Thankfully, with the magic of the Internet and people looking to make a quick buck, I'm sure I'll be able to piece this set together.

I present to you the latest Vinylmation/Star Wars figures. This time they have popular Disney characters dressed like the folks from the films, which is ok I suppose. I'm not really a Disney fan, but I love Star Wars enough to need these pretty badly.

Nathan Jurevicius x Kidrobot Misko Series

Wooden toys are a neat thing. Their materials are completely sustainable and they are reminiscent of many of our childhoods. You know, the childhoods before we discovered BB guns and fireworks. Once we learned about shooting things and making them blow up, we lost the the innocence that such objects offered us. I'm gonna make myself get all teary eyed and whatnot.

Nathan Jurevicius and Kidrobot are here to give our nostalgia a kick in the pants with the new Misko blind box series. These adorable wooden owls have interchangeable heads and collars and are only $9.95 each. They're available March 24th so take the day off from work, break out your carpet square, and lay on the floor playing with these guys until you fall asleep. Ahhhh, the days before we had responsibilities.
