Nathan Hamill's Strife and Sire at NYCC

I'm posting about Tenacious Toys today like they're payin me (they're not cause I still can't figure out where to send the bill).  Every year Benny and crew invade New York Comic Con and do it up bigger and better than almost anyone else.  He's the hardest working man in toys and a good guy to boot so it makes me happy to see him get killer debuts like this.  These two guys are Strife and Sire and have sprung for from the brain of one Nathan Hamill.  NYCC will be the first time these two will be available to the world and you can take home one of the 150 pieces for $50.  Nathan will be at the Tenacious booth Friday at 3pm to sign them, take pictures, record voice mail messages, give investment tips, perform wellness checks, and just about anything else you can imagine.

Tenacious Toys x Dead Hand Toys Resin is King Series 2

Tenacious Toys and Dead Hand Toys have upped their game on this one.  The last Resin is King Series was awesome, but this one is just plain absurd in how more.....awesomer?...it is.  And how do you present something so cool to the masses?  Well, the best thing to do would be to throw a huge release party at Kidrobot's New York location tonight!!!!!!!!  That's right, from 6-8pm tonight you can mingle with many of the artist and get yourself some amazing hand made toys.  These guys will be blind boxed for $25 each or you can buy an entire case with one piece from each of the 16 participants for $400.  Check out the pictures below for a sampling of what you could walk away with.  Check out the Tenacious Toys website after the event for any leftovers.

Brutherford Industries CMYK Melt Knuckles

Would it shock you to know that these were made in New Jersey?  We have a bit of a reputation for being on the mean side, so it is fitting that these brass knuckles sprung from the depths of the Garden State.  Brutherford Industries has moved away from ice cream and onto something a little....tougher.  These CMYK Melt Knuckles go on sale today at noon eastern time for $40.  They even glow under blacklight, which could be fun for stoners or crime scene investigators.

But wait, what is this?  Did I speaketh too soon about his departure from the world of frozen concoctions?  I did indeed, as he has turned his now-famous Ice Scream Man into wearable art.  This thing is legit too, as it's made from 99.9% sterling silver and the cone is plated in 24k gold.  Like everything else Brutherford churns out, these are completely hand made.  For $75 you can finally get yourself a necklace that won't embarrass your friends.

Toy Tokyo x Funko NYCC Exclusive Pop! Vinyl

Funko may not have a booth at this year's New York Comic Con, but that doesn't mean they won't have cool stuff there for ya. Check out these Jack and Sally Pop! Vinyls that will be available from Toy Tokyo. This undead couple glows in the dark and will be an exclusive for this show.

Argonaut Resins at New York Comic Con: First Release Announced

Argonaut Resins sent us a little email detailing one of the things they have coming up for New York Comic Con and it is pretty killer. This custom 8 inch Tuttz figure was made by Clinton Yaws and features a cool Egyptian motif. There's only gonna be one available and it will be $250. Of course this is not the only thing they'll have available and we'll let you know more when they tell us. For now you'll just have to drool over this like I did. I ruin so many keyboards that way.

You can find Argonaut Resins at booth #2479 this year.

Monster Worship x Johnny Ryan NYCC Exclusives

OOooooooooh man, Comic Con just got a little nastier.  Monster Worship is bringing their evil style to New York next week with these exclusive figures from Johnny Ryan.  Which one is my favorite of the two you ask?  Well, it would have to be Rottweiler Herpes, as pictured below.  For one, his name is Rottweiler Herpes, and for two, just look at him and be thankful guys like this weren't really around during World War II or your native tongue may sound more like a Rammstein CD.  Get these glow in the dark wrasslin superstars for everyone on your Christmas list.  Hopefully I made top 10.

Lou Pimentel's Junior NYCC Exclusive and myplasticheart Signing Schedule

Lou Pimentel is debuting his new figure Junior in style with this Ghost Blossom Edition.  Not only is it sporting a cool paint scheme, but it glows in the dark!!!!!  This guy will be a New York Comic Con exclusive but don't worry your pretty little heads if you can't go, cause it looks like myplasticheart will be offering you the chance to get this figure as part of The Wing Fan Clan.  You'll get a bunch of cool unpainted versions of the figure that are offered only to club members and the chance to get every other release of this guy you could want.  To be a part of the group it costs $150 and you have to send an email to wingfangclan@myplasticheart.com to get set up.

Speaking of myplasticheart and Comic Con, check out their signing schedule!!!  I would go out on a limb and say they have the best line up of artists for the entire show.
