Star Trek Pop! Vinyl from Funko

It was brought to my attention recently that Scotty from Star Trek was such a bad dude that he could wear the dreaded red shirt and survive.  That is tantamount to being immortal in that franchise.  I guess it's a good thing he was in charge of fixing stuff, cause if it had been any other dude wearing a red shirt they would be calling AAA to come and tow the Enterprise all the time.  Those guys were as expendable as out of date lunch meat.

This is further proof that everything you have ever been entertained by will one day become a Funko Pop! Vinyl.  Seriously, they have to be getting a little nervous that they're gonna run out of cool things to make figures of.  They're gonna have to start making a politician's series, or inventors.  Now that I think about it, I would totally buy a Tesla action figure.  They could do a two pack with Thomas Edison and make them look like they're gonna fight over who's ideas in electricity were supreme.  Make it happen Funko!  Oh, and hire me cause there are way more ideas where that came from.

These will be available November 28th.

More Mimobots for SDCC

You know what's great about Mimobots?  Besides the fact that they're useful, and cute, and made to look like all the characters you love?  They're small!  So not only can you collect every one and not have to sell your furniture to make space, but when you buy all these new releases at San Diego Comic Con you won't throw out your back carrying them all.  There's nothing worse than injuring yourself, falling to the floor in pain, and being trampled on by 2,000 people dressed as Pokemon.  If you can't make it to SDCC you can go right now to and secure them all there.

Sulu Finally Gets His Own Mimobot

Who is the most entertaining person on the internet?  The answer is George Takei (Grumpy Cat is a close second, though not necessarily a "person").  The man posts funny stuff all day long and manages to mix in doses of social awareness without it coming off as contrived.  How does he do it?  Cause he's the King of Cyberspace.  Four million people on Facebook can't be wrong.

Now you can finally store your favorite moments from George Takei in a device of his likeness!!!  Mimobot has created this flash drive based on George's character Sulu from Star Trek.  It even talks to you when you put it in your computer.  Oh my indeed!  They only made 1,000 of them, so act fast or be sad that all your friends got one and you didn't.
